Every submitted application starts at Pending Review. Back Office can request more information, approve or reject it. Approved accounts may later be suspended.

Request for Quotation (RFQ)
RFQs submitted from the HTML marketplace are saved locally so users can see a real record in My Account. Sending to suppliers still requires a backend/email service.
