PAMA uses four main application entrances. Detailed fields appear only when relevant to the selected role, while every submitted application goes to Back Office for review first.

All submitted applications start as Pending Review and must be reviewed by Back Office.

Retail Marketplace: normal quantities and retail price
Wholesale Marketplace: MOQ and wholesale price
Wholesale can use direct purchase or RFQ where enabled

Form basis: the detailed Manufacturer, Large Distributor / Wholesaler, Regional Distributor / Wholesaler, Authorized Retail Store (ARS) and Frontier Partner fields are based on the supplied PAMA application documents. Meeting-minute roles not covered by those Word forms remain supported using the existing PAMA application structure.
